Get in touch with the Wimanager team
Write to us and we will get back to you within 24 business hours: on the other end is the team that builds Wimanager, the CRM and management software for photographers, videographers and production studios. We can help you pick the plan that fits, and explain how proposals and digital contracts work, deposit payments, session scheduling, photo galleries with private access and high-definition video delivery. If you are already a customer, mark your inquiry as Support.

Frequently asked questions
What people ask us most.
Yes, and without entering a credit card. The free plan has no time limit: you can create your account today, add your first clients, put a proposal together and see how a gallery reaches your client before deciding whether to move to a paid plan. When you want to compare what each one includes —storage, number of events, type of support and how often backups run— they are all listed on plans and pricing. And if you are not sure which one fits the number of jobs you shoot per year, write to us and we will walk you through it, no strings attached.
Yes. Wimanager has its own discount code system: a percentage off the plan, a fixed amount or free days, applied to a single plan or to all of them, with an expiry date and a usage cap. We mainly use them for partnerships: if you are a content creator, teach photography or video courses, or run a community or an association of photographers, write to us choosing Sales and tell us how many people you reach and where. If the partnership makes sense, we build a code with your name on it so you can share it with your audience. And if someone already gave you a code, you enter it when you subscribe to a plan: if it is not accepted, let us know and we will look into it.
Yes, and those are among the most useful messages we get. We build Wimanager ourselves, so requests do not land in a generic inbox: we read them and prioritize them by how many people need the same thing. Tell us what you are solving outside the system today —a separate spreadsheet, a notebook, another app— and exactly what you use it for. The more specific the case, the better its chances of making it into development. We will not promise you a date, but we will read it and reply.
Yes. Wimanager is used across Latin America and in Germany, and the form accepts your country dialing code. Because it is a web-based system there is nothing to install or configure on your computer: you sign in from your browser wherever you are, and the same goes for your clients when you share a photo gallery or a proposal with them. If you would rather write to us in Spanish, there is the Spanish version of the site, with its own contact form.
The website, this contact form and the app itself are in English: when you sign in, Wimanager loads in the language of your browser. The one part still only in Spanish is the help center, where the step-by-step guides for each feature live. We are translating it, so if you need a guide you cannot read yet, write to us through the form: we will walk you through that step ourselves, and telling us which guide you were after is what moves it up the queue.
