The free plan gives you 1 GB and the same tools as the paid ones: clients and opportunities, proposals and digital contracts, deposit payments, session scheduling, photo galleries with private access and high definition video delivery. What the paid plans add is priority support, your own branding, customisable views and automatic backups. It has no time limit and asks for no credit card: you use it for as long as you like.

Only the space and the extras. Storage runs from 1 to 200 GB depending on how much material you upload. From the Basic plan onwards you add priority support, your logo on deliveries and customisable views; from Plus onwards automatic backups come in as well. The working tools are the same in every plan, the free one included: no feature is locked away waiting for you to pay more.

Yes, from your phone browser, exactly as on a computer. And if you want it closer to hand, you add it to your home screen: it keeps its icon and opens full screen, with no browser bar. There is nothing to download from any app store. Neither do your clients: they open the gallery, pick their photos or sign the contract from the link you send them.

Nothing at all. Wimanager is a web-based system: you sign in from the browser, with no software to install and no hosting to pay for. The storage in your plan is already the cloud where your photos and videos live, so you stop paying for Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer on the side. Your clients install nothing either: they open the gallery or the proposal from the link you send them, on a computer or a phone.
